Hartveilige School in the news for kids

With the I Save Lives solution, students learn to recognize aheart attack and how to act on it. Together with Hartveilige School DTT developed the I Save Lives solution and recently this solution and Hartveilige School received attention in the news for kids.
Hartveilige School
Every week, 300 Dutch people suffer a heart attack. However, only half of the Dutch intervene in such urgent situations. Hartveilige school has made it their mission to teach young people to recognize a heart attack and learn CPR.
With the serious game "I Save Lives," young people as young as 12 learn CPR, and schools are made heart-safe. Already more than 10,000 students have learned CPR with this serious game. Being a heart-safe school contributes to a safer society for everyone.
As seen in the news for kids
Hartveilige School was featured in the evening edition of the NOS Jeugdjournaal. The NOS Jeugdjournaal visited the class of the Hilfertsheem College in Hilversum and spoke with teachers and students about the CPR course. Step by step they learned what to do if someone suffers aheart attack. Among other things, the students talk about their learning process and the importance of CPR.
