Getting hands-on involvement in the full recruitment process, from writing job postings to candidate selection and onboarding

Supporting HR administration such as contract management, performance reviews, and personnel files

Contribute to improving the efficiency and quality of HR processes.

Acting as a point of contact for employees on practical HR questions

Regular feedback and reflection sessions with the HR Manager to support your development.

During my internship at DTT I learned a lot. I did not have a lot of experience in HR related tasks as a psychology student such as; recruitment, performance and all the other HR tasks.
