My internship at DTT has been a fruitful period in my professional development process. Not only do I feel that I have grown a lot, but my colleagues around me also confirm this. Within DTT I was given many responsibilities during my internship as a project manager. Furthermore, I had the freedom to start my own initiatives such as initiating process upgrades. DTT is a hardworking but open culture, where time passes quickly. I worked with almost all departments, which made every day different from the last. A good advice I would like to give to future interns is to take initiative when you see an opportunity, keep asking questions, read the knowledge base and work in a structured way, because the work can be challenging in the beginning.
