BHV-H: digital support for safety training

Together with FeniksGroup, we developed a digital BHV-H solution that supports existing safety training courses and makes them more transparent. Digitising parts of the training process creates more peace of mind and clarity for students and instructors, while retaining the current structure and content of the training.

The solution guides trainees during the training day and supports the process from registration to certification.

Practical support during training

The BHV-H app helps trainees work through the various parts of the training. They register via the app, scan QR codes for each part and gain insight into practical matters such as table layout, lunch and progress. Help can also be easily requested from instructors.

This support ensures that the training components run in a structured and clear manner, without any additional administrative tasks.

Overview and insight for the organisation

A corresponding dashboard has been developed for FeniksGroup that provides insight into the progress and attendance of course participants. Instructors can assess course participants and send certificates once all components have been completed. Practical overviews, such as catering lists, are also available digitally.

This ensures efficient handling of the training and a clear overview for all involved.

Future-oriented support
