BTB-Tech: work more efficiently with a customised business app
BTB-Tech is a leading player in the management, installation and maintenance of telecom networks in the Netherlands. With a team of 150 technicians, they work 24/7 on fibre optic, coaxial and electrical networks for the largest telecom providers. To better support their engineers and optimise work processes, we jointly developed a customised business app.
Efficiency in practice
In an environment where speed, accuracy and continuity are essential, efficient support is indispensable. The new app digitises and automates important work processes, reducing manual operations and recording information immediately. This reduces the risk of errors, lowers the administrative burden and ensures that technicians can switch gears more quickly during their work.
Less manual work, more focus on core tasks
The app was designed with the daily practice of technicians in mind. Thanks to an intuitive and user-friendly interface, employees can get started right away, without extensive instructions. Smart automation ensures that the right information is available at the right time, which improves workflow and contributes to a more efficient way of working.
Collaboration focused on further development
The business app was developed in close collaboration between the teams at BTB-Tech and DTT. By translating BTB-Tech's specialist working methods into a digital solution, a future-proof platform has been created that grows with the organisation. Even after delivery, we continue to work together on further optimisations and digital innovations.
