Conducting research: Understanding users
We start with a survey to understand the needs, expectations and behavior of the (intended) users. Through interviews, surveys and other research methods, we gather valuable information and insights that serve as a basis for the design process.

Discovering patterns: Establishing needs
After gathering initial insights, we go even deeper into the research. We analyze the collected data, identify patterns and trends, and transfer key insights into accessible documentation, including personas, empathy maps and customer journey maps. Design and creation: Designing solutions
Now that the insights from the research have been gathered, we are working out the solution step by step. In the UX phase, we translate these insights into structure, flows and interaction patterns. We then develop these in the UI phase, in which the visual design, layouts and styling are determined. This forms the basis for the testing and improvement phase.
