Rogier ensures that our partnerships are clearly structured and organised effectively. As Information & Finance Director, he oversees the framework behind our projects: from agreements and responsibilities to processes and internal management. This means everyone knows exactly where they stand — both the client and the team.
Since 2016, Rogier has been steering DTT’s information and finance organisation. He translates our services into clear working agreements and transparent contracts that match the ambition and complexity of a project. In doing so, he lays the foundation for sustainable partnerships in which expectations, roles and objectives are clearly defined. In addition, he is actively involved as a project manager with a wide range of clients, from Teladoc to Run A Lott. Precisely because he is involved at both the strategic and operational levels, he bridges the gap between agreements and practical implementation.
Within our work process, Rogier plays a central role in continuously improving how we work together. He optimises processes within teams and ensures that handovers between strategy, design, development and infrastructure run smoothly and efficiently. He brings structure to information flows, refines decision-making and helps teams work more effectively. In this way, he creates calm and clarity in complex projects and ensures that our organisation is just as scalable and reliable as the digital solutions we develop.
