Whereas vacancies were previously advertised via social media, trade journals and informal networks, the Crew Maritime app offers structure and transparency. Job seekers present their profiles, including certificates and experience, whilst employers can search specifically and make direct contact. This makes finding suitable staff clearer and more targeted.
