Zo Erg Nog Niet: scientific well-being research with a customized app

Looking positively at life, ourselves and the world around us.

With the Zo Erg Nog Niet app, users can increase their awareness and nurture gratitude on a daily basis. This app encourages users to look at themselves and the world around them with fresh eyes. Supported by scientific research, the app emphasizes the importance of embracing positive aspects of life, especially in times of challenge.

Daily exercises for a positive outlook

The Zo Erg Nog Niet app offers daily exercises that help users recognize the positive, even in the midst of negative thoughts. In addition, users can add personal gratitude photos that capture moments of gratitude, and they receive a daily inspirational quote about gratitude.

This app was developed in collaboration with Professor Bohlmeijer, a distinguished professor of mental health promotion at the University of Twente. Professor Bohlmeijer is also the author of several books focusing on topics such as positive psychology, gratitude and compassion.

Quote

"DTT has built two Progressive Web Apps for us for our positive psychological training of self-compassion and gratitude. With the beautiful designs we have been able to test the effectiveness of our training courses in scientific research. I have experienced DTT as a pleasant organization to work with in the development of our apps. They are good at thinking along and always adhere perfectly to the agreements. In addition, they respond adequately when necessary. I was happy with the result.”
