DTT helped us perform an essential update of an embedded Android app on our urodynamic devices. ''Litter is a major annoyance for a lot of people.'' At the elementary school of the municipality of Hollands Kroon, children from group 6 had the solution. A game-app should contribute to the reduction of litter.

We came to DTT with a reasonably well-developed idea. The idea was received with great enthusiasm. The game is intended to make young people aware of the litter problem.

DTT pleasantly surprised us with the development of this app, Operatie Z.U.I.V.E.R. The game, like Pokémon GO, can be played with Augmented Reality in the public space. The game is instructive, you can play alone, but also with groups against each other. In the app you can add schools and sports clubs to compete with each other. We think it can make a major contribution to the awareness of litter among the youth. DTT has helped us enormously with the development of the app. They think along creatively, come up with solutions and are ready to answer our questions. Real-Time Road Inspection

''A safer Dutch road network, that's what I longed for about eight years ago when the first idea for Real-Time Road Inspection (RTRI) popped into my head. For my work at Takke-Breukelen B.V. we are on the road a lot. While driving, you see many deviations in the infrastructure, such as holes in the road or traffic signs that are placed incorrectly. Surely there should be a simple way for this information to reach companies who can do something with it?

Once the idea was born, DTT was able to convert it into the RTRI app, which delivers real-time images of the current state of roads and public spaces and sends them to an online platform that companies can join. A useful app for any company that has anything to do with public space. This is because it allows for the quick resolution of infrastructure anomalies. Users also have the option of flagging images when deviations are noticed on the road, for example when there is damage to the road surface.

We at RTRI are extremely satisfied with the app developed by DTT. Everything has been thought of. Faces and license plates that are loaded into the app, for instance, are blurred by means of Artificial Intelligence. In this way the privacy of everyone is guaranteed, while the app can do its work. DTT has also ensured that new data automatically replaces outdated data. Moreover, a very complex caching mechanism was used, because a lot of data will be loaded into the app (over time). A fine piece of work, in which we have experienced a very pleasant cooperation.''

With this app people can check what ticks are and how to correctly remove them (even without internet connection!). Starting from July 2014 the app will be available for iOS also.

In the beginning we have spoken with a number of potential executors and we chose for DTT. What struck us was that from the very start DTT was very involved in the issue and the development of the app. The rates were reasonable and certainly played a role in choosing DTT. Since 2012 we have been doing business with DTT to develop our Parkinson Exercises Android app in different languages. We work from a non-profit foundation with charitable objectives and in the beginning we had a lot of budget-friendly solutions. After DTT has converted our first iOS app into Android app, they became our go-to developer for Android versions of our app in multiple languages. The latest French version has a more complex development challenge with an in-app purchase and code access system. DTT has quickly and efficiently implemented it.
